Additional Attendee Information Requirement..

I posted about this a while ago and I did receive an answer from Josh.. Thank you. However, EE3 has the same option as I was told that EE4 has.

Here is my issue. I have a running show where I do the same show at the same location on the same days each week. Most of my attendees are families with children, seniors, adults and military. Even with the “Additional Attendee Information” tab set to “No information required” it STILL asks them for information for each CLASS of tickets…

example… Name, address, phone, email for the first Adult in the group. Then the Name, address, phone, email for the first Child in the group… and so on and so forth for the military and senior tickets as well.

I know that there is a “Copy From” box at the top of each class of ticket… but that is still a major pain in the back side and I get a TON of complaints about having to do “so many clicks” just to buy tickets to my show.

HELP!!! Is there not something we can do where just one parent can buy tickets for their family without having to enter so much info and click on so many boxes?

Also… when they get their Email with their “Download Tickets” link… it only shows ONE class of ticket. Example… it will show two adults but will not have the kids, seniors and military….

How can I make it where Mom enters her name, address, phone, email (etc..) ONE time… and is able to buy dad’s ticket, little Johnny, Jane and grandmas ticket WITHOUT having to enter their info, or COPY FROM drop down boxes… AND … where they get one email with a ticket download link that shows hey “MOM you bought 5 tickets (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 senior) and paid $XXX.XX”

Is there any way to do that?

That something is update to Event Espresso 4.

Event Espresso 3 didn’t have the capability to map different ticket types to a single primary registrant. Event Espresso 4 has that capability.
