Our client created a new event and when they set up the ticket, they forgot to set it to be taxable. I couldn’t find an option for making the ticket taxable once it had been created and had to create a new ticket and mark it as taxable during set up. Is there a way to set option this after ticket creation? I can only see that option on tickets that are already marked as taxable.

Hello,
If you created ticket and missed to add VAT or other fee, you can go to that event ticket.
(Using Advance Editor)
1. Click the Hamburget menu then Edit

2. Click the Set Ticket Price button
3. Then set the added fee or Vat.

If you are using Legacy Editor,
1. Go to Available Ticket Section then Click the Setting Icon of particular event.

2. Ticket details will show up, then you can click the Add Price Modifier

3. Then you can now enter the additional fee or surchage you needed.
NOTE:
If someone already made purchase for that ticket then you will receive this notification
Ticket price modifications are blocked for Tickets that have already been sold to registrants, because doing so would negatively affect internal accounting for the event. If you still need to modify ticket prices, then create a copy of those tickets, edit the prices for the new tickets, and then trash the old tickets.
