Josh from your team has helped me IMMENSELY with creating a system that works for our client – but we have one last piece of the puzzle that we are trying to work through. Because of the way we set things up, some optional conference sessions are added as OPTIONS on the registration page.

We would like to have the answers to those sessions printed on the ticket, but no other questions. This way the client can easily see right on the ticket which sessions the attendee will be attending.

Is there way to specify on a ticket WHICH custom questions (or question group) we want to print on the ticket.

Thank you!

You can use the [RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*] shortcode for this.

It’s a dynamic shortcode that allows you to pass the ‘Question Text’ after the * to pull in the answer for a specific question.

So for example if you have a question that has the Question Text set to ‘Do you like cheese?’ – http://take.ms/0zwap

Your shortcode to pull the answer for that question would be: [RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*Do you like cheese?]

Here is an example of how that could look on the ticket: http://take.ms/ysGIY

Is that what you are looking for?

Could be the question text did not match exactly or some users try to use the admin text by mistake.

Either way, I’m glad it works for you now 🙂
