I have added about 5 seats to our event’s seating chart through “add a seat” tab in the manage seating chart. They are not populating on the map for people to buy these new seats. Why are they not adding?

I just ran a test with the sample seating chart and the add a seat seems to be working. When you add a seat, does it show in the seat list for that chart or just not on the seat display?

It shows up on the seat list at the bottom of the list. It doesn’t populate the list in order.
It doesn’t show up on the chart for people to actually buy that particular seat

Hi Adath,

Can you post a screenshot of the editor of one of the seats that was added via the Add a seat feature, and one of the existing seats as well? This will help us get a better view of what’s going on.

Please go to the event page and click on “select a seat” hover over the area of
“Side right” and go to CC336 and CC338 there is no CC337 and again in the EE rows. Please click on the link http://www.adathjeshurun.org/wp/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/added-seats-Adath.jpg to see the screen shot of the add a seat.
Any chance we could get this taken care of quickly, it has taken over a week to get to this point and I am in process of selling seats.

Hi Adath,

Where may I find the event page? Also, can you post a screenshot of the editor for seats CC337 and CC38? Thanks!

Was the BB337 added as well? It looks like that one is showing up, but not the CC337, DD337, and EE337. That might be a place to start, if there is something different between the record of the first one and the other three. Have you sent us login credentials? It might expedite matters if we could peek in the database at the seating chart tables. Please fill out the form here. If you have phpMyAdmin credentials, that would really help. Otherwise, please include ftp credentials. (please note that without the purchase of a support token your priority will remain at forum support level)
