I have read what I can on this subject, but I have not been successful in adding a Print Ticket link within the Upcoming Reminder Email. My goal is to have a repeat of the Ticket Link sent in the reminder email. I have the Ticket Notice setup and that is working fine.

What html (specifically shortcodes) are you using within your reminder template?

Sorry, just seeing this question now Did not get email notice. I had been using the wrong shortcode, but now I cannot get the upcoming reminder to send. I will keep working on that and post another support ticket if I can’t get anywhere. Thanks!

I still need help, thanks. It seemed as if the Print Ticket link WAS working in the Upcoming Event Reminder. I had added the shortcode in a couple places. The hyperlink in th emessage did not link to tickets. But the shortcode in the Events Section DID link to tickets. Unfortunately, I edited out that shortcode and the onlyevidence i have is the “sent messages”. The URL shows up as this…can you tell what the shortcode was? Thanks.

You mentioned it didn’t work as a hyperlink, how are you adding that to the template?

Thanks, Tony. I can make that like [RECIPIENT_TICKET_URL] work in Batch message, both in the ‘newsletter” part and the main content.
In the Upcoming Event Reminder, please just let me know where I SHOULD put that shortcode. As I said,in my confusion, I edited away the email that sent the link that worked. So now I am starting from scratch.

Should? It just depends on where you want to output the URL.
Personally, I’d likely use the EVENT_LIST section.
