I use Event Espresso 4.8.7.p.
I’ve created two events with two different registrations: first event offers only one ticket/registration, second event offers max 10 tickets/registration.
The main registrant selects number of tickets/persons and then fills form with personal info about every attendee.
And everything is fine until administrator or main registrant decides to change the number of tickets. We cannot add more tickets to registration, we can edit information about every attendee but we cannot add a new attendee to registration.
Scenario schema:
main registrant chooses 5 tickets – we have 5 attendees per registration.
Main registrant wants to add 1 more ticket – to have 6 attendees per registration – but this is impossible.
Is it possible to add new attendee to already existing registration and transaction ?
To do this you would need to cancel the original registration and re-create a new group registration selecting the correct amount of tickets.
You can do this within the admin, then manually copy the details over for each registrant and apply the payment within the transaction (if they have already paid)
