We are selling tables of 10 and would like to capture the personal and address information of all of the attendees including the primary registrant.
Our registration form shows Attendee 1 for completion and even when you complete that it takes you straight to payment.
We have set the limit for the table bookings to 10 = 100 people.
How do we simply do this? Does it require Custom questions in the Registration Form area or coding elsewhere and what would it look like?
We have EE4 everything else license. Version 4.9.58.p

Joy and I are with the same organisation. Hence we’re seeking help.
We are aiming to go live with our ticketing within the next 48 hours.

Hi Joy and Gailene,
You can capture name and address information for each attendee by checking the boxes next to “Personal Information” and “Address” in the section labeled “Questions for Additional Registrants”. There’s more information in the documentation:

I’m guessing that is a typo for above rather than audio, but the link is working for me, may I ask what you see when you click the link?
You can’t have multiple attendees assigned to a registration if you select 1 ticket, but you can collect data for each attendee when you select more than 1 ticket.
So in your case you can set a ticket that only allows you to select 0 or 10 tickets (for a full table) and then request details for each of the 10 attendees.
Or you can also allow the user to select any number of tickets up to 10 and also collect details for each of the tickets.
I can provide details on either but need more info on how you want it to work to make sure I’m pointing you in the right direction.
