For one of my events, I am sending out a mass email to all attendees. I want to include a media attachment to the mass email as well. I have added a media file to the email and sent a “test” email to myself.
However, when I click the attachment link, it opens a browser window which distorts the file attachment. Instead of showing the entire image, the image is shifted over about half an inch. So there is half an inch of white space, and the end of the image gets cut off. The file is a pdf. How do I fix the formatting?

Hi there,
Can you give us the link to the file so we can take a look? Are you actually pasting the link into the email, or are you putting the file into the email? It seems like a link should just take you to your site where the file is.

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for your response. After surveying a few people, we realized it’s only happening on one machine. So we think it’s related to the configuration on that computer.
