I am trying to add 2 fields to my client’s Registration Checkout Page. One is a simple ‘Phone#’ field and the other is a CheckBox for a Disclaimer. I have gone to WP-Admin / Event Espresso / Registration Form and seen the 10 possible fields; Made the Phone Number ‘Required’, saved but it did NOT show in the next test order.
I also searched though this forum and saw some hints at solutions to adding a CheckBox for a disclaimer, but no solution.
After you set up your questions you assign them to a question group, then you assign the question group to the event. Here’s an article from the documentation that you can follow:
The videos you refer to do NOT mention Caffeine, but my EE4 version does not seem to give me options to create new custom questions, nor assign question groups, etc. Hmm? any further suggestions?
I really can NOT find the download for the Caffeinated tool. Most links take me back to the ‘Select a License’ page, which I have already purchased and installed the ‘Support License Key’. …. Ah! I entered the incorrect License Key, the one that ended in _FREE. I have now entered the correct key and things are working as they should. I still may have questions about Question Groups … so stay tuned until tomorrow or Monday – THX!
Just checking in to see if you can now create question Questions/Question Groups?
