Adding an approver for Event Signups

Hi,

My site has various employees signing up for training events. However, I would like their supervisor being able to approve their training request before they are confirmed. I am currently capturing supervisor information on their WP-User profile as well as one of the event sign up questions. This is a key requirement.

Please let me know how to go about this?

Hi,

You can set the Default Registration Status option (within each event) to Not Approved. This can also be set globally in Event Espresso > Events > Default Settings, which will apply the setting to events added going forward.

Then, the supervisor would need an account with partial admin access in order to approve the requests. You can customize the access level by means of the Event Espresso Capabilities system:
