I would like to add a time to each of the tickets available. For instance, if I have 2 tours on Saturday, I’d like to add a 12 pm ticket and a 4 pm ticket. is this possible?

Thanks,
Derek

Hi Derek,

In order to do this, you will need to create a datetime for each tour, then add the tickets to the datetime by clicking the settings (tools) icon and checking the tickets to assign to the datetime.

Hi Jonathan, I don’t want the user to have to click on “more details” in order to see the time. Is there a way to portray the “Event Name”, “Time”, “Price”, and “Quantity” in the main string to avoid having to have the “more details” button?

On a side note, will the user only be able to see the amount of tickets available – if we offer 22, and 20 are already purchased, will the dropdown only have 2 available? And then will it say “Sold Out”?

Thanks!

Hi Derek, one way to handle this would be to add additional information to the ticket name. Here is an example:

Event name on Friday at 11am

Event name on Friday at 2pm

On your question on quantity, yes it will be updated as tickets are purchased. Are you seeing something different in your testing?
