Adding a registration after the event is closed

We have a lot of walk ins to our events and use paper and a clipboard to take down their information. If I want to go in after the event and add a registration to collect their data on event espresso, how can I do that without making the event ‘open’ again?

Yes, you can set the event to Draft, and then change the dates so that you can select tickets and register them manually. But with the event as a Draft, it won’t appear open on the front-end of your website.
