When I get to the Registrations page (either via Events, or directly), there is no button to “Add New Registration”. I hunted all over. Can you please provide a picture? or is there a URL I could go to directly?
I logged out and back in again, and now the button does appear.
Two other small issues surfaced:
ERROR PATH
I forgot to answer one required question, and the system threw away all my input. I had to re-key the first name, last name, everything. When I did it the second time with the required question answered, it was fine.
STATE AND COUNTRY
The state and country are not working properly. Most of my registrations show Alabama, Canada or some such combination. In the one I just added I carefully chose Conecticut USA. What was recorded is Connecticut, Canada.
The state/country errors are rampant. For people who have put their entire addresses (in Connecticut and Massachusetts) the most common state/country combination is Alaska, Canada. Go figure. I love seeing Boston, Alaska, Canada or Hartford, Alaska, Canada. This meeting is regional so I can pretty easily correct them, but our December meeting will be national and I would appreciate having it fixed before then.
It’s one thing to have an illogical default (Alabama, Canada), but it’s another to revise what we type. I know I carefully entered Connecticut, USA, but what I see on the receipt is something else. Why change my input??
