Adding a disclaimer

How do we add waiver/disclaimer box when they’re checking out? Ideally we’d like them to be able to show disclaimer text and then have them initial a box or type their name into it to confirm they agree to it. Is there a way to do this?

It turns out there’s an example in the documentation that shows one way to add a disclaimer/agree to a policy field to the registration checkout:
