Added a question but it doesn't show up

Sigh – this UI is a tough one, I do not understand why it keeps changing out access to things. I am hoping it gets easier over time. :\

I paid for support so that I could add questions to the reg form. I added the question, but it does not show up on the reg form. So what do I have to do to get it to show up?

BTW The walk though wizard is less helpful than something I could just read through. Do you have that?
