I checked your site and it appears that the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php script is being blocked. The cart plugin uses admin-ajax.php to add events to the cart. Have any security plugins been added, updated, or had their configuration settings changed recently?
The thing about deactivating security plugins is they add additional rules to the .htaccess file that can continue to block things while the plugins are deactivated.
Instead of deactivating the plugins, you can try disabling the security features while the plugin is activated. For example, the All in One Security plugin’s Settings page has two buttons for Disabling Security Features and Disabling Firewall rules.
I gave this a try in Safari and I was able to see the issue.
Could you try temporarily deactivating all plugins and then reactivating Event Espresso 4 along with the Multiple Event Registration add-on?
Does it then work?
If so, try reactivating a few plugins at a time and then re-test again. Continue this process until it breaks to pinpoint the source of the conflict.
