The Add to Calendar icon/link is set to default (yes) in my EE3 template settings, but the icon does not appear on the registration page or the confirmation. I tried inserting the [add_to_calendar] shortcode in the confirmation email, but that did not work either. I have a business license for EE 3.1.37.4.P with event calendar add-on v.2.2.6.P
