Hi there,
I’ve set up a number of question groups, and within one of them my client has asked for people to be able to upload a file. I understand this isn’t possible, and as a work around suggested that we could add a line to instruct people to email the file instead. This isn’t related to an existing question, so I was hoping to find a way to add just a static line of html to the question group that said “please email your xxx to this address to complete your registration”. Is there any way I can do this through the plugin front end?

Hi David,
I have an idea on how to handle this.
1) You could create a question group and add the help text to the description and then set that to description to appear through the question group settings. Then assign related questions to this question group and finally assign this question to an event via the event editor.
2) You could also include a note about this in the registration confirmation email
Along with the suggestions above, it is possible to add messaging to the thank you page which is seen after registration checkout and it is also possible to add a message after the registration form at the end.
