Hi Sue,

Is it a specific question asked only to the primary registrant or do you want it listed for all registrants made in a group (if it is a group registration)?

Based on your question I’m assuming its only 1 specific question rather than all of the questions asked, correct?

Hmm, ok so that’s all questions.

Ok, you’ll need to go to: Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration Pending Payment.

If you want to edit the Event Admin email, click the Event Admin link for that message type, otherwise use the Primary Registrant link to edit that context (Read more above working with message contexts HERE)

In the ATTENDEE_LIST section, add:

<ul>
[QUESTION_LIST]
</ul>

Something like this – http://take.ms/ZOJKj

(You can add a header if you prefer, like so – http://take.ms/iKl8U)

Then, at the bottom of the page you’ll see a QUESTION_LIST section, add this:

<li><strong>Question:</strong> [QUESTION]</li>
<li><strong>Answer: </strong>[ANSWER]</li>

Like so – http://take.ms/12H1J

Now do a test registration and view the email, does it include all of the details you need?
