i have the problem that some attendees didn’t enter the 50% promo code and i get some mails from them that they didn’t find the field and so on… bla bla! Anyway, is there a way to apply a promo code to an existing registration or is there a way to reduce the ticket price for that registration?
Currently, you cannot apply a discount code after a registration has been made. You would need to cancel the registration and then have the registrant register again.
