I discovered today that the “Add more attendees” function doesn’t respond in Internet Explorer version 9. I’ve deactivated every plugin except for Event Espresso and still can’t get the registration fields for additional attendees to pop-up when that button is clicked.
I’m using Event Espresso 3.1.32p and WordPress version 3.5.1
I can take a look if you post a link to the registration page.
This may be a case where IE9 has been set into compatibility mode. Some WordPress themes can be affected by this too, so you could also try temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme.
Josh, I just attempted to use WordPress’ live preview feature to navigate to the registration page and I did get the additional options when I did things that way… changing my entire theme isn’t a quick (or easy) option… are you able to see if there is something specific that is causing the conflict that I could possibly comment out or delete?
It’s not a case where you would need to change themes, but there are ways to force a page to not load in compatibility view.
You can rule out whether it’s a theme issue by installing the theme test drive plugin plugin and testing the same page out in IE9 as the admin. It will not affect the look of your site for anyone else when you use the theme test drive plugin.
