After one of our registrants signs up for an event, what is the easiest way to add a guest registration? On the bottom of the payment registration form, we have a link to edit their registration. However, I’m not sure if this works to add someone? It does not seem to. Thanks!
Currently, you can’t add registrations to an existing registration/group registration, so in short, to add another registration to a group you would to create a new group registration and then cancel the original.
You can do this in the admin by navigating to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event name} -> Registrations.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a button to add registrations to the event, you can then select the correct number of tickets and add the correct details for each ticket.
Once complete edit the original registrations and set their status to cancelled.
