Yes I need help adding taxes to ee3 we need to sell are stuff with get right now we can’t sell anything

Hi John,
If you are using a payment option like PayPal Standard, you can set up tax rates within the PayPal account. Here is some documentation:

If you require adding the tax through Event Espresso 3, that will require the services of a developer, but I will recommend checking out Event Espresso 4 as it has support for taxes out of the box.
