I am trying to add a 2nd date for an event I have created. I click “Add Datetime” and enter the Event Start date. The strange thing is if this I set the start time for this new date to an 10:55 am or earlier it automatically sets the Event End year to 2018. However if I set the start time for this new date to 11:00 am or later it automatically sets the Event End year to 4036. Any idea how to fix this?
No to reproduce I go into an existing event. Click the “Add Datetime” button to add a 2nd date and time for the event. When I set the start date to any date and the start time to 11 am or after then the end date defaults to 4036. I just tested again with the console open. There were not any errors that showed up.
Ok, I’ve been able to reproduce this and have created a ticket for our developers to investigate further.
For the time being as a workaround whilst we fix this, if you create a new datetime set the start date to earlier than 11am and click away to prepopulate the end time, then edit both the start and end date/times to be correct.
No resolution yet, the original issue has been fixed but during testing another was found so it has been sent back for further fixes.
We don’t email directly regarding updates but I have added this thread to the ticket to add an update here when the update is released, you can also follow all of our updates here:
