2) Is there any option to have quick registration for events, Most of my events are free and I would like to have the option to press register in the relevant event under [ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE] and my wp-user plugin will register the user automatically without any approval process.

It looks like you are using the simple list table there, with this shortcode:
[ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS template=simple_list_table]
The default template already includes a Date & Time section:
[ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS]
(The cancel function isn’t default behaviour, if that has been added using my snippet HERE then it will continue to show on both templates)

Currently, we don’t have a quick register feature like this, it would need custom development to implement.
