It is possible to create a registration form that would not only collect the registrant information, but allow the purchase of other items, such as Raffle Tickets or a Banquet Ticket. I have been using the Cart Function in WordPress, but would like to get this into a single page access. Can this be done without coding the page?

There is a 3rd part add-on available call the Price Modifier add-on, here:

It basically allows you to create questions on the registration form that have value, those values are added on the EE transaction if the user selects the question.
