Hi,
I have some customers that have bought a giftcard in person. I would like to know the best way to add their giftcard to a manual registration. So for example it would need to be the amount the giftcard is off the normal ticket price and then I should be able to input the giftcard number for reference.
Let me know if this is possible,

Hi there,
Currently, Event Espresso does not support gift cards so is the gift card amount basically a reference for the admin?
If so you can do this with 2 ‘admin only’ questions:
Event Espresso -> Registration form -> Questions.
Create 2 new questions, let’s say ‘Gift Card Number’ and ‘Gift Card Amount’.
For both of them make sure the ‘Admin-Only Question?’ option is checked.
Add those questions to a group you use on the event.
Now when someone registers those admin only questions won’t show on the front end, but when you edit the registration (or add a registration in the admin) they should show there.
Is that what you are looking for?
