How do i change the upcoming status to active
I think it is the problem you can check the radio box for tickets and then get a blank page with no rego info.
The status says upcoming
I have set the ticket start date yesterday
still no status change?

Hi Mark,

That issue should not be due to the upcoming stauts.

The upcoming status basically means the event is not currently happening right now (todays date is not between the start date and the end date)

I ran a registration on your test2 event without issue, is this happening on a specific event?

Hi Mark, I randomly stumbled upon the same issue.
I found the ticket selector was missing from my event: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2KCao4zFjaxNEZON0c5VlF4aHc/edit?usp=drivesdk

I looked at the event in the admin and saw it had “ticket selector” set to “Off” which explained why it wasn’t showing on the frontend: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2KCao4zFjaxbWR1Skd3MXVDVXM/edit?usp=drivesdk

But why was it set to “Off”? I didn’t remember setting that.

It seems that happens when an autodraft is saved of the event and then you continue editing that autodraft. Normally the default for “Show Ticket Selector” is “Yes”, but there’s a bug where the default gets changed to “No” when an autodraft of the event is saved.
We’re working on fixing that so this issue won’t come up for you, or others, in the future.

Hi Mark,

A little update on the issue that Mike mentioned: It’s been fixed and the fix was included in the Event Espresso 4.6.19.p release.
