I installed a few days ago your plugin in its free version to test and today I bought the premium version. I updated the license number in the plugin but I see that some sections are grayed out and not accessible and it is noted that you have to buy the license to gain access. I see the site address in your dashboard. Why is this not updated? how to do ?
You’ll need to hit the Upgrade button on your site.
You’ll go to Event Espresso > General Settings. If no “Upgrade Now” button is displayed there you can hit the Save button. Then after the page reloads you’ll follow the prompts to run the upgrade.

I have another problem, I made a registration test with an email address with the domain @ orange.fr and the email that is normally sent to each registration has not been sent, nor to the administrator, neither to the registrant. Why does not it always work?
