Have you enabled your website again? If not you can do this by using FTP or your hosts control panels File Manager and renaming the Event Espresso folder (I usually add a _ after it).
Please can you advise, do you have any other versions of Event Espresso active on your site? If you do, please deactivate them before activating EE.
If not, then it could be a conflict with another plugin. The only way to check this is to disable every plugin, activate EE and then one by one activate the plugins until the culprit is found.
