Activating EE3 will cause 500 internal server error on GoDaddy

we have EE 3.1.37.4.P installed on our site that is hosted on GoDaddy
activating the plugin will cause 500 internal server error
we duplicated the site on one of our other server, plugin worked fine
is there a way to run the plugin on GoDaddy?

got these entries in error log
