How can I get a check box that they must mark at the checkout process where they acknowledge the terms and conditions. It can be a simple line that has a url redirect in a pop up window for them to read, however they cannot proceed to the payment process until they acknowledge it. It can be a required check box on the registration page as I need a record of it, but I need to be able to have a url link in the question to the full terms and conditions.

Hi Robert,
You can do this by going to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Questions -> Add New Question.
Create your terms and conditions checkbox such as this – http://take.ms/9v7Kp
The Value will be displayed next to the checkbox, the description next to that (you can add a link to the description)
As you’ll notice my link goes to http://www.google.co.uk but your should go to your T&C’s page (or file)
The target=”_blank” attribute forces the link to open in a new page.
Save that question and go to Question Groups.
Edit the question group you want to include this within and ticket the checkbox next to your T&C question, then save – http://take.ms/lKdDj
Now your registration will show something like this – http://take.ms/x9Oot
