Hi, I was working on adding automated emails to our website and got help from you guys here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/installing-automated-upcoming-event-notifications/ I’ve been away for a couple of weeks and now trying to get the ACF field to output in the emails. Added the wysiwyg field which is appearing on each event, but on any test emails I send it’s not pulling through any content from that box. Other than creating a test event and allowing that to send me an automated email how else can I test if it’s working? Have used the

That’s the only way to test this because the custom field is assigned to an event.

Hi, perfect, removing Next issue is I can’t see the automated emails firing, I’m using both AUDN & AUEN emails one 8 days out one 4 days out but can’t not receiving, and can;t see them under message activity |

AUDN? Have you updated the events since activating AUEN? |

AUDN = Automated Upcoming Datetime Notification No, so the messages need activating and then the event needs updating, will update my test event now and see what happens… |

Great, I’m glad that worked. Just to note be releasing a new version of the add-on which will no longer require updating the events for it to function shortly. |

Hi there, Just a quick update to let you know that version 1.0.3.p of the AUEN add-on has now been released. That version should remove the requirement to update events created before the add-on was activated in order for them to work. |
