Hello,
I get the following message on our wordpress page:
“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
I have tried applying the support license key and I still get the error.
Could you please help to resolve this issue.

Your license key allows for auto updates on a single site, currently your license key has been assigned to 3 domains. Your main domain, your staging server and what appears to be a temporary domain given by your host.
I will reset your license key now, however you will need to remove the key from EE on either your live or staging site to prevent this from happening again.
On whichever site you do not want to use the 1 click updates on you can go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Remove the license key from the field there and update the settings.
