Account not working for update

I am not able to get to my account details on the page. It keeps saying that the page doesn’t exist. I am having the same issues with upgrading again as well. It wont allow for the auto updates.

Can you try this page:

With the update issue, it looks like you may have more than one version of Event Espresso installed, which version do you currently have active, and are any add-ons active? We can also reset the key, but it would be good to first know which version of Event Espresso you have installed right now.

the active version is Version 4.1.12.reg. I have disabled all of the plugins. They were there from EE3.
The other version running is the 4.2 beta. can that and the files associated be deleted with out effecting the active 4.1.12.reg?

Hi there Charlie, I’ve reset your support license key for you.

You can remove 4.2 beta from WordPress Plugins.

Then please backup your WordPress and update 4.1.12.reg to 4.2.2reg. This should now be available as an update through WP Plugins.
