Recently I cancelled and reopened our event espresso account to change the billing method.
However when I go into our site it still says that the support license has expired. How can I ensure my license is connected to the current event site?
First you’ll click the “Dismiss” link on the notification that says the support license has expired.
Then, you’ll go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page and click Save. Then you’ll go to your site’s Plugins page and click the links to update Event Espresso and any add-ons that have updates available.
