Hello, I put in an Account License Change Request via your Billing tab on your contact form well over a week ago. I still haven’t received a response.

Please advise, Thank you

I checked into this and I see there’s a reply to you on Feb 6 at 9:18am from Lorenzo. Perhaps you can check your spam folder if you don’t see an email from that date and time.
