When I add a multiple [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=”1″ anchor=”CLICK HERE TO ADD TO ADD THIS EVENT TO YOUR CART- At checkout you will be able to fill in the number of guests in your party for individual events.”] to multiple events in same cart it wiped out other events on page. Also is there a way to change from “view cart” to “Event added to cart” Trying to make as foolproof as possible. The other question is if I have multiple times for an event but need to limit the amount of participants per time, is that possible? I can only find where it is for total event.
Here is the page I am having an issue with. Try clicking the add to cart button and it wipes out everything in the accordion. Could really use your help in this issue and other one I posted earlier today, have a deadline approaching.
Using Google Chrome, I went to your page and clicked on the link for the first event and it worked. I then went to the second event and it also worked:
Thank you for your response. I am using chrome as well, the problem is if the person clicks on the second event first (Example, July 13th) on the same date, it collapsed that whole thing where you can not see first event.
To stop this the cart link needs to be wrapped within another element. As you are using custom cart links within the event description you’ll need to do this manually.
So you’ll need to edit the events where you are using the shortcode:
[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=”1″ anchor=”CLICK HERE TO ADD TO ADD THIS EVENT TO YOUR CART- At checkout you will be able to fill in the number of guests in your party for individual events.”]
Add ‘span’ tags (opening and closing as highlighted) around the shortcode, like this: http://take.ms/EGKpt
Then update the event.
You’ll need to do this for all the events as any cart link not enclosed within the span will cause the issue you mentioned.
