Templates are still unavailable after I put in the license key. What else should be done.

Hi there,
Your site currently have as the ‘Decaff’ version of Event Espresso installed, the above options are in the regular version.
Now that you have a support license here you have access to the full version in your downloads section.
Go to Dashboard -> Plugins.
Deactivate the current version of Event Espresso installed on your site.
Then go to your account page HERE.
Download the regular version of Event Espresso and upload that onto your site in:
Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin.
Activate that version on your site you’ll have full access to all features.
