Hi ,

How can user check their purchased tickets? how can i configure menu link for that?

Please help me for this issue.

Hi Chris, your attendees/registrants should receive a notification that has a link to their tickets after they complete their registration.

What version of Event Espresso are you using for your project?

I am using EE4… but attendes would have any record? how many tickets they purchased?

Hi Chris, is the WP User Integration add-on also in use? If so, then the attendees will be able to view their registrations in the WP User Profile page:

They should be able to reach that page by logging into their account on your site and by default, this account is created during registration checkout.

I am not able to configure as you sent screen shot below. can you please help me step by step how can i configure like this?

Hi Chris,

First install and activate the EE4 WP User Integration addon.

Then the user would need to be logged in and register for an event.

After that, their registered for events will be displayed in their admin Profile page.

Currently we do not have a front end display for this information, though that will likely appear in future versions of the EE4 WP User Integration addon.
