We have to conduct one annual summit of 10 countries. Admin should add all the participants from different countries and allocate them the facilities like accommodation details, pick up and drop (transportation), then seating details etc.
Also the representatives from each countries can login in our website and see their details. This is what I need to implement.

Admin should add all the participants from different countries manually and set some facilities for them like accommodation details, pick up and drop (transportation), then seating details etc. After adding by admin, they should get one email contains their username and password to login to the site.
Thus the representatives from each countries can login in our website and see their details. Also there should be a section for listing the attendees for that event. Also there is a page for listing the event agenda, google map for event location and speakers listing in the website. Is this possible to implement with your event expresso plugin.
No it turns out Event Espresso is built primarily for online registration.
