Currently, Event Espresso does not support payment plans on tickets.
It is possible to move registrations to other tickets so you could have a ‘Deposit’ ticket the user registers onto, then move the that registration to the ‘next’ ticket and have the user make a payment and so on (the payment from the first ticket will apply to the next leaving the remaining value to the ticket to pay etc) but it all needs to be done manually.
I can provide more details on how to set that up if it sounds like something that will work for you?
Note – the user does not need to be a ‘user’ on the site for the above.
