I have seen previous threads in regards to sending out emails to abandoned carts. Have you all updated the system so that it now has the capabilities to do this?
No, we currently do not have the functionality to send emails for abandoned carts.
Whilst it has been requested a few times we are currently working on other areas of the plugin with much higher numbers of requests (Recurring Events, with all of the framework changes that go with it being the current one) so it is unlikely to be something we include in Event Espressso ‘soon’.
