I use WP User Integration and a generic user account to change pricing levels for all dealsite customers. So I have retail customers who do not login paying full price like $72 and dealsite (requiring the login to one generic user account) paying less and each can only see tickets that apply to them.
Once the customer logins with the generic account, then abandones and customer back at another time, they cannot register. They may abandone as we have surcharges or whatever other reason. The registrations end up abandone and/or incomplete.
This stops the user from registering for the event and actually paying. There is a large number that do this. 50 already in April.
What exactly do you mean by “this” when you mention this stops them from registering? Is it because they abandoned the registration process? It sounds like instead of requiring them to log into a generic user account, they should be logging into their own user account to get the deal that applies to them.
