Abandon Cart Registrations Showing Up in App

Hello!

Our Instructors have noticed that registrants who have abandoned their cart and haven’t fully registered for the course are showing up in the app as a course attendee. They have not paid for the course, so I’m not sure why they are showing up in the app. Please advise, thanks!

Hi,

Those should show up in the list, with a “Pending Payment” note. This is when the “All” view is selected. You can change the filter for the view to “Approved”, then only paid registrations will be displayed.
