When I try and publish an event, I get the following:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/apts1001/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/caffeinated/admin/new/pricing/espresso_events_Pricing_Hooks.class.php on line 141

When I am editing a post, I get the following errors under the Event Tickets and Datetimes section;

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/apts1001/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/caffeinated/admin/new/pricing/espresso_events_Pricing_Hooks.class.php on line 681

Any idea what’s going on and how to fix it?

Hi,

These seem to mainly refer to datetimes. Have you added event and registration(sale) start and end dates into the event/s?

Each event must have dates associated with it.

If you do have dates entered can you clarify the format they are showing as in the event editor please?

I can’t enter dates on that event because the section to enter dates replaced by the second set of errors.

When I go and create a new event, the date spot is there. So it looks like the event that’s throwing these errors is corrupted because I left the event before entering in a date and after it auto saved.

So it looks like I found a bug.

Steps to recreate:
1: Create a new event and enter in info, but not the date.
2: Wait for it to auto save.
3: After it auto saves, go to a different page.
4: Return to the event, and those errors should be there.

Hope that helps.

Thanks Brian,

I’ll add a ticket to look into it.

In the mean time you would be best adding a new event and deleting that erroneous one.

Yupp. That’s what I’ve done.

I’m just glad we got to the bottom of it so quickly.

Me too, hopefully we can add a little fix to stop this occurring in the future.

Hi Brian,

A little update on this: The fix for the issue you reported here is included in Event Espresso 4.4.5 which is available as an update now.
