I have a valid license key and made sure my settings match, but I am getting an message on the plugins area when I go to update from 3.1.27.1.P to 3.1.36.6.P. Here is the message: A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What's New with version 3.1.36.6.P. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
Can you please let me know why I wouldn’t be able to get an update with a valid key?
Follow the steps in the confirmation email to reactivate it.
