I have had a ticket sold after an event was sold out. I had to cancel the event because of limited sales so I limited the tickets to 2 to make it sold out. A person was then able to buy a ticket. I am trying to figure out how this happened. When I look at the Event in the Edit view, there are two approved registrations in the upper right hand corner and no pending registrations. In the Event Dates/Times section it is showing that there is a limit of 2 tickets in Available Tickets, and shows 2 sold but registrations are 3. When I open the registrations I can see that three tickets have been sold. On the main events display where it shows all my events, it only shows 2 tickets sold so I did not see that another ticket sold. The person who bought the third ticket came to the venue and of course the event was not on. It was really inconvenient for my customer and its a bit of a worry for me.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out.
We are sorry you are facing this issue with our plugin, we can imagine how frustrating is to sell tickets when they are sold out.

Before proceeding with this, could you tell me if it happened again after you opened this ticket? Also, go to Dashboard > Event Espresso > Help & Support > Important Information and send me a screenshot of this section, please.

Thanks!
