Hi,
One of our registrant is unable to register to an event. The following error message appear when the registrant hit the Payment option button :
Although the email address provided is formatted correctly, a valid “A record” could not be located for that address and domain. Please enter a valid email address.

Hi,
What that means is your chosen email validation settings are too strict. What you can do is go to Event Espresso > Registration Form > Reg Form Settings and set the Email Validation Level to “WordPress Default” or one of the other options there that do not include the “+ DNS Check”.
