We create an event and send out an e-mail where people can subscribe on. A week before the event we send an reminder mail. We notice now that people who forgot about their first registration, can subscribe for the same event twice without any problem. They receive a ticket for the second time.
Is there a way that when you are already registered for an event, you can’t register again?
That adds a message to the event if they have registered which you can alter if needed but if you don’t already use the above add-on it won’t work.
